Pch Initialization Error, Now when I try to boot into windows I get

Pch Initialization Error, Now when I try to boot into windows I get a black screen with the orange DRAM light flashing on the mobo as well as the error code 3E and a black screen. I wasn't able to get this to post either, and I was getting a D2 error (PCH initialization error) on the debug LED and on The BIOS clock on my motherboard, the Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming GT ATX LGA1150 said D2 meaning there was a PCH Initialization error. I’ve seen other forums discuss this "Pre-memory PCH initialization has started" issue and the reason I’m concerned is that on other forums people with this error can’t even boot their system. I'm getting a Code 76 which according to the manual means: "PCH DXE initialization (PCH module specific)". After doing some research, I found it means “PCH initialization error”, and seeing the fact my PC boots and works fine I think it may be a false positive.
